Mecart

Clean rooms & controlled environments

Industrial manufacturer, North America

Mecart - clean rooms

Mecart, a specialist in controlled environments, wanted to strengthen its visibility and attract new clients across North America. Their sales depended entirely on marketing.

Full marketing direction. Interviewing, filming, producing and editing 14 project videos across North America (Alberta, Quebec, Oregon, California, Arizona, Tennessee, Ohio, Virginia, Florida, North Carolina), showing their unique know-how and client testimonials.

Putting candid client testimonials at the centre strengthened their credibility and standing in the sector. Lower acquisition costs and a higher closing rate for the sales team.

We walked into a room with every decision maker to present our value. We played the video. The moment the client testimonial started, the prospect stood up and said: no need to hear more. If he trusts you, we move forward.

Geomega Resources

Cleantech & rare earth recycling

Public company (TSX.V: GMA), Quebec

Geomega Resources - cleantech rare earth recycling

Geomega Resources develops proprietary technologies for recycling rare earths and critical metals, the materials behind the energy transition, electric vehicles and permanent magnets. Listed on the market (TSX.V: GMA), the company was building its first demonstration plant in Saint-Hubert, but its positioning and brand image did not reflect the scale of its mission or its credibility with investors and industrial partners.

We rewrote the script. Geomega was repositioned as a cleantech leader in the circular economy, not simply a junior mining company with a promising technology. Complete visual identity overhaul: new logo, new palette, new brand architecture built around circularity and sustainable innovation. Wrote the new strategic positioning and all of the brand content. Designed and developed a new website aligned with the new identity.

Phase I delivered. The strategic and visual foundation is in place. The company is now positioned for Phase II: go to market, targeted visibility with institutional investors, industrial partners and players in the critical metals supply chain.
